Return Policy

Our return policy is 60 days. If more than 60 days have passed since you received your item, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging. Before returning your item, please contact our customer service email address with your order number and reason for return. We will review your request and respond.

Please note that you are responsible for all return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using tracked mail for returns.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on custom items. We do not accept returns on "Create Your Own Canvas" products unless the canvas was received damaged!

If the item you received is damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible so we can correct it.
