Our floating canvas frames feature an elegant frame that wraps around the canvas, adding a special touch to your artwork. "Floating" means there's a ¼-inch gap between the frame and the canvas surface. Whether framed or not, all of our canvases come stretched and ready to hang without assembly.

Why isn't my tracking updating?
If your tracking is not showing information, please wait 2-4 days before trying to track your package again. If your package is showing information but it is not updating, your package is making its way to your country and will be updated once it is picked up by your local postal office. If you have any issues with your tracking, please contact us at service@hotney.com.
If you wish to cancel your order, please try to do so before the item has shipped from our manufacturing facility, simply contact us and we will cancel the order immediately and refund the full amount.
We are sorry that the item you received was damaged. Please send us an email at service@hotney.com. We will work with you to get this resolved immediately. Please send us pictures or videos of the damages with the email.
If you receive the wrong canvas,please take a photo of the canvas you received.Attach your photo to an email and send it to service@hotney.com. Please include your ORDER NUMBER, FULL NAME and brief description. We will send the correct one.
If you would like to return your package, please contact our customer service team at service@hotney.com. Our team will provide you further instructions for returning your package to our team in USA.
We will send you a refund within 3-5 business days of receiving and inspecting it.
